INGREDIENTS
- ½ chicken breast, sliced lengthwise
- 3 slices of toast bread
- 40 g bacon, sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 40 g mayonnaise
- 2 iceberg lettuce leaves
- 4 slices of tomato
- 1 egg
- salt
- freshly ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Season the chicken with salt and pepper and pan-fry in hot oil over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. In the same pan, fry the bacon until golden. Set both aside.
- 2In a second pan, toast the bread on both sides until golden.
- 3Crack the egg into the pan with the bacon fat, season with salt, and fry over low heat for 4 minutes. Season with pepper, flip the egg, and fry for 1 minute on the other side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- 4Spread mayonnaise on one side of the toasted bread. Place iceberg lettuce on the first slice, then tomato slices on top.
- 5Cut the chicken into 3 pieces and place it on the tomato. Cover with the second slice of toast, mayonnaise-side down.
- 6Spread mayonnaise on the dry side and place the fried bacon and egg on top. Cover with the last slice of toast, mayonnaise-side down.
- 7Cut the sandwich diagonally in half. Pierce each portion with a toothpick and serve immediately.
Tip
You will need 2 pans for preparation. You will need a flat spatula for turning.
