Privacy Policy - Rohlíček Club

The company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., ID No.: 030 24 130, registered office at Karolinská 654/2, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. C 226550 ("We"), as the controller of personal data, informs you as a user of the website www.rohlik.cz ("website") and our customers about the processing of personal data in connection with your membership in the Rohlíček Club.

In this document you will learn in particular:

1. what personal data we will process, for which purposes and on what legal basis;

2. how do we communicate with you and how you can manage your marketing preferences;

3. to whom the personal data may be transferred;

4. for how long we will be processing the personal data; and

5. what rights you have in connection with the protection of personal data.

1. Scope of personal data processing, purposes of processing and legal basis

1.1 When you register for the Rohlíček Club, you are asked to fill in the following information:

1. child's name,
2. the date of birth of the child,
3. whether your child is a boy or a girl;

alternatively, if you are still expecting a baby:

1. information that you are expecting a baby,
2. information on whether a girl or a boy is to be born,
3. the approximate date of birth.

1.2 The information you give us is used to provide you with club benefits personalized to your specific circumstances.

1.3 Personal data are processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, and providing the data is necessary for entering into the contract. If the data are not provided, we will not be able to offer you the benefits arising from membership in the club.

1.4 If you are expecting a baby and you provide us with this information, please note that this information may be considered as a special category of personal data that is subject to a higher level of protection. We will only process information that you are expecting a baby if you voluntarily provide it to us and you consent to such processing by registering with us.

2. Notification settings

2.1 If you are a member of the Rohlíček Club and you purchase our goods, we may also use your name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number to send you commercial communications by electronic means (e-mail, SMS), i.e. to inform you about goods or services that we provide and that we believe may be of interest to you as a member of the Rohlíček Club. You can unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications sent by electronic means at any time by following the link in the emails or by sending a message to zakaznici@rohlik.cz.

2.2 If you give us your consent to do so on the www.rohlik.cz website (marketing consent), we will also process the personal data provided by you, including your purchase history and data about the fact that you are expecting a baby, that you have a child under the age of 12, and data about the date of birth and the gender of the child for the following purposes:

• creating marketing analyses and statistics, including profiling;
• sending commercial communications concerning our goods and services and the goods and services of our partners to your e-mail address, taking into account your purchases, preferences or customized in other ways in order to select the goods and services best suited to your needs;
• the use of personal data transferred to us by the social network Facebook, if you log in via this social network, to the extent of your settings, for the above purposes.

This consent is voluntary and it is not required by any legal regulation.

2.3 You can easily set up the granting/withdrawal of your consent, the way we can contact you and the areas of interest through your profile in the "Notification settings" section.

3. Who has access to your personal data

We, as the controller, will process your personal data. We will only disclose your personal data to authorized employees and cooperating persons or to individual data processors under contract or to other controllers, but only to the extent necessary to fulfil the individual purposes and on the basis of the relevant legal title for the processing of personal data.

4. Period of processing personal data

4.1 We will process personal data collected in connection with your membership in the Rohlíček Club for the duration of your membership in the club and for the period necessary to protect our legitimate interests (e.g. to prove the legitimacy of the granting / not granting club benefits), but no longer than for 4 years.

4.2 Personal data that we process based on your consent will be processed until you withdraw your consent. To withdraw your consent, simply send an email with your request to zakaznici@rohlik.cz.

4. Your rights arising from the processing of personal data

• the right of access to personal data;
• the right to rectification;
• the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
• the right to restrict the processing of data;
• the right to object to processing; and
• the right to file a complaint about the processing of personal data.
