Maia understands natural language, can search among products from our store, and can turn an idea into a complete shopping cart. Whether you want a quick dinner, to replenish supplies, or to resolve a complaint — just write to her in the chat.

Where can I find Maiu?
You don't have to search for it or activate it with difficulty. For every logged-in customer, it is available on desktop, phone, and in the mobile application.
Just click on the small round button with the Maia logo in the bottom left corner. On mobile, you'll find Maia on the bottom control bar in the middle. A chat will open and you can immediately write, for example, „Plan a quick dinner for me“.
