Dublin Dairy

What makes DUBLIN DAIRY Irish products so exceptional?
DUBLIN DAIRY products are made from 100% Irish milk from cows that graze for most of the year on the evergreen pastures of the island of Ireland.

From fresh Irish grass to healthy milk.
It is a fact that the best milk comes from the happiest cows. And what makes cows happy? They love nothing more than fresh green grass and freely roaming together in a herd across pastures. The Irish climate provides ideal conditions for this. Mild winters – and sometimes mild summers – blessed by the Gulf Stream and well-hydrated by rain mean that the grass there is truly greener. Irish cows can thus spend approximately 300 days a year in clean and nutritious green fields. Approximately 80 percent of Irish agricultural land is covered with grass, and it is truly green for months on end. This is also what gives Irish milk its characteristic, creamy quality and higher nutritional value. So, not only wine benefits from good origin – Irish milk also has unique properties, which it owes to its origin and quality pastures full of clover and primroses. Furthermore, Irish milk comes from 18,500 family dairy farms with an average herd size of just 55 cows. Ireland is thus one of the unique countries in the world where cows can enjoy the luxury of grazing almost all year round and freely spend time in pastures.
This pasture-based diet results in more nutritious milk compared to cows fed grains and kept predominantly indoors. All of this results in Irish milk having a higher content of omega-3 fatty acids, more conjugated linoleic acid (Omega-6), and a lower content of saturated fats. It is a nutrient-rich and sustainable dairy product.

That's Irish luck. That's DUBLIN DAIRY!
