ORIENTAL BEAUTY (NON-ALCOHOLIC)

Instructions: Wash the kumquats, cut them into wedges, and place them in a tall glass. Lightly crush them with a muddler to release the juice and aromatic substances from the peel. Add crushed ice and measure out the other ingredients. Mix thoroughly and add more ice. Garnish with mint and a halved kumquat and serve.

1 cl fresh lime juice
5 cl Crodino
8 cl tonic
6 pcs kumquat
mint and kumquat for garnish
