Competition Rules

These rules ("rules") contain the complete terms and conditions of the consumer competition called "WIN APPLE WATCH WITH COCA-COLA" ("competition"). These rules are available continuously throughout the duration of the competition at the website www.rohlik.cz/tema/pravidla-souteze and constitute the only binding document in relation to consumers governing the rules of the competition. These rules may only be amended in the form of written amendments to this document published in the same manner as this document. Excerpts from these rules or an abbreviated version of these rules presented in advertising and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legally binding rules of this competition.

The organizer of the competition is the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., with its registered office at Sokolovská 100/94, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, ID No.: 030 24 130, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 226550 ("organizer"), operator of the Rohlik.cz e-shop.

The organizer of the competition is the company Coca-Cola HBC Česko a Slovensko, s.r.o., with its registered office at Českobrodská 1329, 198 21 Praha 9, Kyje, Czech Republic, ID No.: 41189698, VAT No.: CZ41189698, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 3595 (hereinafter referred to as the 'organizer').

The competition will take place in the Czech Republic on the website www.rohlik.cz ("competition website") during the following competition period ("competition period"):

• from 2.5.2022 00:00:00 to 15.5.2022 23:59:59 ("competition period")

 

The decisive moment for assessing whether a contestant has met the conditions for inclusion in the competition in the given competition period is the moment of submitting a binding order of goods placed via the rohlik.cz e-shop, which was not subsequently (i.e. even after the end of the competition period) returned by the customer (either as a whole or even partially, if this would result in a drop in the value of the minimum required order amount needed for participation in the competition), or for which the buyer did not withdraw from the purchase contract. For the avoidance of doubt, it is stipulated that the assertion of a justified product claim does not reduce the value of the order for the purpose of participation in the competition.

Any natural person over 15 years of age who has a user account under their name on the rohlik.cz e-shop and who meets the conditions of participation in the competition established by these rules ("contestant") may be a participant in the competition. With regard to the possibility of purchasing goods on the rohlik.cz e-shop only after prior registration, one user account registered on the rohlik.cz e-shop is considered as one contestant.

 

All contestants who do not properly meet the conditions of participation in the competition in accordance with these rules during the competition period will be excluded from the competition. Furthermore, all persons in an employment or similar relationship with the promoter or organizer, persons personally and financially connected with the promoter or organizer, or who are close persons to such persons within the meaning of Section 22(1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, are excluded from participating in the competition. In the event that such an excluded person becomes a winner, the prize will not be awarded to them and will be forfeited to the promoter.

 

The promoter reserves the right to exclude from the competition those contestants whose competition behavior shows signs of fraudulent competition or if there is other reasonable suspicion of abuse of the competition or circumvention of these rules in violation of the rules of this competition or the purpose of the competition. The promoter reserves the right to assess the fulfillment of the established competition conditions by individual contestants at any time at its sole discretion and to exclude contestants who do not meet the conditions specified in these rules from the competition at its sole discretion.
