Competition Rules

These rules ("rules") contain the complete regulation of the conditions of the consumer competition named "WIN APPLE WATCH WITH COCA-COLA" ("competition"). These rules are available continuously throughout the duration of the competition at the internet address www.rohlik.cz/tema/pravidla-souteze and constitute the only binding document in relation to consumers regulating the rules of the competition. These rules can only be amended in the form of written addenda to this document published in the same manner as this document. Excerpts from these rules or shortened versions of these rules stated in advertising and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and are not legally binding rules of this competition.

The organizer of the competition is the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., located at Sokolovská 100/94, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, ID: 030 24 130, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 226550 (“organizer”), operator of the e-shop Rohlik.cz.

The organizer of the competition is Coca-Cola HBC Česko a Slovensko, s.r.o., with its registered office at Českobrodská 1329, 198 21 Prague 9, Kyje, Czech Republic. Company ID: 41189698 VAT ID: CZ41189698, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 3595 (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer").

The competition will take place in the territory of the Czech Republic at the internet address www.rohlik.cz ("competition pages") during the following competition period ("competition period"):

• from 2.5.2022 00:00:00 to 15.5.2022 23:59:59 ("competition period")

 

The decisive moment for assessing whether the participant has met the conditions for entering the competition in the given competition period is the moment of sending a binding order of goods made through the e-shop rohlik.cz, which subsequently (i.e., even after the end of the competition period) was not returned by the customer (either in whole or partially, if this would result in a decrease in the value of the minimum required order amount needed to participate in the competition), or from which the buyer did not withdraw from the purchase contract. To eliminate doubts, it is stipulated that the application of a justified complaint about the goods does not reduce the value of the order for the purpose of participating in the competition.

Any individual over the age of 15 who has a user account registered under their name on the e-shop rohlik.cz and who meets the conditions for participation in the competition as set out by these rules ("participant") can participate in the competition. Given the possibility of purchasing goods on the e-shop rohlik.cz only after prior registration, one user account registered on the e-shop rohlik.cz is considered one participant.

 

All participants who do not properly meet the conditions for participation in the competition in accordance with these rules during the competition period will be excluded from the competition. Furthermore, all persons in an employment or similar relationship with the organizer or organizer, persons personally and financially connected with the organizer or organizer, or who are related to such persons in the sense of § 22 paragraph 1 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, are excluded from participation in the competition. If such an excluded person becomes a winner, the prize will not be awarded to them and will be forfeited to the organizer.

 

The organizer reserves the right to exclude from the competition those participants whose competition behavior shows signs of fraudulent competition or who have other reasonable suspicions of abusing the competition or circumventing these rules in violation of the rules of this competition or the spirit of the competition. The organizer reserves the right to assess at any time at its discretion the fulfillment of the set conditions of the competition by individual participants and to exclude participants who do not meet the conditions stated in these rules from the competition at its discretion.
