COMPETITION RULES FOR A HOCKEY JERSEY

1. ORGANIZER

The organizer of the competition is Velká Pecka s.r.o., ID: 03024130, located at Sokolovská 100/94, 186 00 Prague 8 – Karlín, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 226550 (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”).

 

 

2. DURATION OF THE COMPETITION

The competition runs from September 30, 2019, to October 6, 2019, inclusive, and is territorially limited to the territory of the Czech Republic and takes place in the online store Rohlík.cz.

 

 

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION?

Any natural person over the age of 18 with a delivery address in the Czech Republic who fulfills the competition task according to the given instructions can participate in the competition.

 

Persons in an employment or similar relationship with the Organizer or with persons personally and property-related to the Organizer, including their relatives and close persons, are excluded from participation in the competition.

 

 

4. COMPETITION MECHANICS

The competition consists of a one-time purchase of at least 5 pieces of Radegast Ryze hořké 12 products (bottle, can, or combination). Each participant who meets the conditions of participation in the competition will be entered into the draw for prizes in the competition.

 

 

5. PRIZES IN THE COMPETITION

The organizer of the competition provided the following prizes: 10x hockey jersey 

 

 

6. SELECTION OF WINNERS

A total of 10 winners will be selected in the competition. The organizer will select 10 winners who have met all the conditions of participation in the competition, i.e., made the required purchase, no later than 7 working days after the end of the competition, by drawing through an application based on the principle of random selection.

 

The winner will be asked by the organizer to provide their name, surname, email, phone number, and address details for the purpose of delivering the prize.

 

If the winner does not provide the organizer with their contact details within 5 working days of being contacted via private message, the winner loses the right to the prize.

 

Participants who do not properly fulfill any of the conditions of participation in the competition in accordance with the relevant provisions of these rules lose the right to the prize.

 

If a selected winner loses the right to the prize, the organizer is entitled to select a substitute winner within 7 days from the exclusion of the winner, according to Article 4 of these rules, and notify them of this fact in accordance with these rules.

 

 

7. DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE

The prize will be delivered to the winner at the address provided by them, either by the organizer or by a third party (supplier) within 30 days of contacting the winner. The winner acknowledges that the organizer is entitled to provide their personal data to a third party for the purpose of delivering the prize. At the same time, the third party is entitled to use these data only for the purpose of delivering the prize and to process them for a maximum of 3 months. 

 

 

8. CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA, APPROVAL OF RULES

  1. Granting consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary, but it is a condition of participation in the competition.

  2. The organizer of the competition informs that the personal data of the participant in the scope of name and surname, and for the winner, then email address, phone number, and delivery address will be processed by the organizer of the competition as the controller and the organizer as the processor, for the purposes of participation in the competition and delivery of the prize to the winners of the competition.

  3. The processing of personal data will last for 2 years from the end of the competition.

  4. Participants and winners acknowledge that their personal data will be processed for this purpose.

  5. Personal data are provided by participants voluntarily for the given purpose, without the need to grant their consent based on the fulfillment of rights and obligations from this competition and/or the legitimate interest of the organizer.

  6. The organizer is entitled to process the personal data of participants in the entire scope and for the purpose mentioned above, even through third parties appointed by the organizer.

 

 

9. OTHER PROVISIONS AND CONDITIONS

  1. By participating in the competition, the participant confirms that they have familiarized themselves with the wording of these Competition Conditions.

  2. The organizer reserves the right to change the rules or conditions of the competition at any time, including its duration, or to cancel the competition in its entirety without giving a reason and without setting compensation. The organizer is obliged to promptly inform all participants of any changes to the competition conditions.

  3. In case of reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest, or unfair conduct by the participant or another person who helped or could have helped the participant to win, or if such conduct occurs, the participant may be excluded from the competition; this applies equally in the case of other conduct by the participant or another person who helped or could have helped the participant to win, which is otherwise contrary to the competition rules or conditions.

  4. Participation in the competition does not automatically entitle the participant to a prize, and the prizes cannot be legally enforced. Prizes in this competition cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can the issuance of another prize than the one determined by the organizer be demanded.

  5. These rules, the competition, and the relationships between participants and the organizer are governed by the legal order of the Czech Republic, excluding the conflict of laws rules of international private law.
