CONTEST RULES 'PAY FOR PURCHASES WITH A VISA CARD AND WIN'

These rules ("rules") contain the complete regulation of the terms and conditions of the consumer competition named "PAY FOR YOUR PURCHASES WITH A VISA CARD AND WIN LUXURY PRIZES" ("competition"). These rules are continuously available throughout the duration of the competition at the internet address www.rohlik.cz/tema/visa-a-rohlik and constitute the only binding document in relation to consumers governing the rules of the competition. These rules may only be amended by written addenda to this document published in the same manner as this document. Excerpts from these rules or a shortened version of these rules presented in advertising and promotional materials are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legally binding rules of this competition.

The organizer and promoter of the competition is the company VELKÁ PECKA s.r.o., with its registered office at Sokolovská 100/94, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8, ID No.: 030 24 130, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 226550 („organizer“), operator of the Rohlik.cz e-shop.

The competition will take place in the Czech Republic on the website www.rohlik.cz ("competition pages") within the following competition periods: from June 2, 2025, 00:00:00 to June 8, 2025, 23:59:59 ("first competition period"), from June 9, 2025, 00:00:00 to June 15, 2025, 23:59:59 ("second competition period"), from June 16, 2025, 00:00:00 to June 22, 2025, 23:59:59 ("third competition period"), from June 23, 2025, 00:00:00 to June 30, 2025, 23:59:59 ("fourth competition period"). The decisive moment for assessing whether the competitor has met the conditions for inclusion in the competition in the given competition period is the moment of sending a binding order for goods placed through the rohlik.cz e-shop and its payment with a Visa or Visa Electron payment card, which was subsequently (i.e., even after the competition period has expired) not returned by the customer, or for which the buyer did not withdraw from the purchase agreement.

Any natural person over 15 years of age who has a user account registered under their name on the rohlik.cz e-shop and who fulfills the conditions for participation in the competition set out by these rules ("competitor") may participate in the competition. Given the possibility of purchasing goods on the rohlik.cz e-shop only after prior registration, one user account registered on the rohlik.cz e-shop is considered one competitor.All competitors who do not properly fulfill the conditions for participation in the competition in accordance with these rules during the competition period will be excluded from the competition. Furthermore, all persons in an employment or similar relationship with the promoter or organizer, persons personally and financially connected with the promoter or organizer, or who are in a relationship of close persons to such persons within the meaning of Section 22, paragraph 1 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, are excluded from participation in the competition. Should such an excluded person become a winner, the prize will not be handed over to them and will be forfeited to the promoter.The promoter reserves the right to exclude from the competition those competitors whose competitive behavior shows signs of fraudulent competition or who are otherwise reasonably suspected of abusing the competition or circumventing these rules in violation of the rules or purpose of this competition. The promoter reserves the right, at any time and at its discretion, to assess the fulfillment of the stipulated competition conditions by individual competitors and to exclude from the competition any competitors who do not meet the conditions stated in these rules, at its discretion.

Credits for rohlik.cz worth 5,000 CZK Credits for shopping on Rohlik.cz – the number of credits will be automatically added to the customer account with which the winner is registered on Rohlik.cz
