What is included in the services
• Service and maintenance – manufacturer-prescribed inspections and other service interventions performed in authorized service centers.
• Tire service – tire replacement, purchase, mounting, dismounting, balancing, or storage.
• Roadside assistance – immediate assistance on the road in case of vehicle immobility due to an accident, breakdown, theft, or driver error in the Czech Republic and the EU, 7 days a week / 24 hours a day. The price includes the possibility of using a replacement vehicle, alternative transport, or hotel accommodation if the vehicle cannot be immediately put back into operation.
• Insurance claims settlement – administration of the claim event from reporting to final settlement.
• Highway tolls – provision of a highway vignette valid in the Czech Republic for the entire duration of the lease.
