Cibule Bistro #vegetable Chilli with beans, jasmine rice

Use

Before heating, slightly open one corner of the top film of each compartment of the tray (do not pierce). Place the tray in the microwave and heat for approx. 5 minutes at 600 W, or heat in a steam oven at 90 °C for 20 minutes. After heating, stir the sauce well.
