Use
- Stir the contents of the sachet well into 1/3 of the prepared milk.
- Add 3 tablespoons of sugar (30 g) to the remaining 2/3 and bring the milk to a boil.
- Slowly pour the prepared mixture into the boiling milk and, stirring constantly, cook for about 1 more minute.
- Pour the finished pudding into bowls or molds rinsed with cold water and leave to set.
