Use
- Stir the contents of the sachet well with 2–3 tablespoons of sugar (30–40 g) in 1/3 of the prepared whole milk.
- Bring the remaining 2/3 of the whole milk to the boil. Then remove from the heat and stir in the prepared pudding mixture.
- Cook the pudding for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Pour the finished pudding into bowls or molds rinsed with cold water and leave to set.
