INGREDIENTS
- 160 g tuna in its own juice
- 250 g whole grain pasta
- 100 g frozen peas
- 150 g plain yogurt (3.5 % fat)
- 70 g spring onion (finely chopped)
- 100 g canned corn
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper

- Finely chopped fresh chives
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, let the peas thaw and drain the tuna.
- 2After cooking, drain the pasta, rinse under cold water, let it drain, and transfer to a large bowl. Then add spring onion, tuna, corn, plain yogurt, and lemon juice to the pasta, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the entire mixture thoroughly and serve.

Before serving, sprinkle each portion with
finely chopped spring onion greens, or finely
chopped fresh chives.
