INGREDIENTS

  • Bunch of kale (approx. 200 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Sesame seeds for sprinkling

INSTRUCTIONS

    Thoroughly wash the kale leaves and remove the tough parts of the stems. Cut or tear them into smaller pieces so they can be easily eaten in one bite.

    In a bowl, mix olive oil with salt and pepper.

    Brush the washed and dried kale leaf pieces with the seasoned oil and arrange them on a baking sheet so they don't overlap.

    Bake for approximately 7 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C. The result will be crispy, still slightly green, kale chips.
Tip
Finally, you can sprinkle the chips with sesame seeds.
