INGREDIENTS
- 650 g chicken breasts
- 180 g halloumi cheese (24 g fat per 100 g)
- 180 g peeled almond slices
- 100 g white yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 eggs size M

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, preheat the oven to 195–200 °C, prepare a baking tray (30 cm × 40 cm) and line it with baking paper.
- 2Wash the chicken breasts, clean them, and cut them lengthwise in half. Then season the meat with salt and pepper. Grate the halloumi finely.
- 3Now prepare 2 bowls. In the first bowl, place the halloumi and almonds, in the second, put the yogurt, Dijon mustard, and eggs, and mix thoroughly.
- 4Thoroughly coat the chicken meat on both sides with the yogurt mixture and then coat it in the almond and halloumi mixture. Place the coated schnitzel on the prepared baking tray. Continue this way until all the meat is processed.
- 5Then place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 25–27 minutes at 195–200 °C. Serve after baking.
