  • 100 g red lentils
  • 20 g sunflower seeds
  • Tablespoon of flaxseed oil
  • 1 pc red onion
  • Juice from ¼ lemon
  • 2 cm ginger
  • Half teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • Salt
  • Clove of garlic
  • Freshly ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Rinse the red lentils and cook them in salted water for about 10 minutes. After cooking, drain the water and let the lentils cool.

    Add the seeds, oil, lemon juice, pressed garlic clove, and peeled and grated ginger. Add spices, about 2 turns of the pepper mill. Blend with an immersion blender. Add finely chopped red onion to the blended spread.

    Garnish with toasted sunflower seeds and serve with fresh vegetables.
