INGREDIENTS
- Juice of 1 lime
- At least 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Small to medium red onion
- Coriander
- Two pinches of ground cumin
- 1 fresh jalapeño pepper, deseeded
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 crushed garlic clove (optional)
- 4 avocados

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Mash the ripe avocado with a fork. Add lime juice to the avocado, season with salt, and mix.
- 2Finely chop the tomatoes, red onion, and chili pepper. Then mix with the avocado and crushed garlic.
- 3Finally, add ground cumin and coriander to taste.
