INGREDIENTS
- 1 beetroot
- 2 carrots
- 5 cm ginger
- 1 apple
- Juice of 1/2 orange
- Juice of 1 lime
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Peel the beetroot, carrots, apple, and ginger, then cut them into smaller pieces depending on the size of your blender. For larger stand blenders, simply halve the fruit and vegetables; cut the ginger into several smaller pieces.
- 2Squeeze the lime and half an orange into the blender, then add the remaining ingredients. Blend everything together until the smoothie is completely smooth. If you don't have a stand blender, use an immersion blender. Blending will take a little longer, but you will achieve the same result.
