INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 glasses of milk
- Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1In a tall container, combine the coffee and sugar with 2 tablespoons of hot water and whisk with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
- 2Fill glasses with ice and pour in the milk. The glasses should be about 3/4 full.
- 3Divide the whipped foam into the glasses with milk, and the iced Dalgona coffee is ready.
