Ingredients
- 3 pcs eggs
- 80 g brown cane sugar
- 110 ml milk
- 110 g plain yogurt
- 150 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 5 g baking powder
- 5 g baking soda
- 20 g cocoa
- 50 g butter
- 10 g coarse flour
- 2 g salt
Instructions
- 1Grease a Bundt cake pan with butter and dust with coarse flour. If you have a silicone mold, skip this step.
- 2Preheat the oven to 170 °C.
- 3Separate eggs into whites and yolks. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Whisk the yolks with sugar until light and frothy. Add milk and yogurt and whisk again.
- 4Sift the flour with baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa and mix with the wet mixture. Pour in the melted butter, mix again. Finally, fold in the egg white snow. Do not whisk the batter anymore, just gently fold with a spatula.
- 5Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 35-40 minutes. Check the doneness of the Bundt cake with a skewer. If you pull out the skewer with batter stuck to it, extend baking by 5 minutes.
- 6After a minute, turn out the baked Bundt cake onto a wire rack and let it cool.
