Ingredients

  • 130 g wholemeal spelt plain flour
  • 150 g whole oat flakes
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 60 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 200 g plain yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 70 g honey
  • 2 tablespoons rapeseed or sunflower oil
  • 100 g frozen blueberries

Instructions

    First, preheat the oven to 180 °C and prepare a baking dish (10 cm × 15 cm), lining it with baking paper.

    In a large bowl, mix the spelt flour with oat flakes and baking powder. Add milk, yogurt, 2 eggs, honey, and 2 tablespoons of oil, and mix everything into a smooth batter. Gently fold the blueberries into the batter, then pour the contents of the bowl into the prepared dish.

    Place the dish with the batter into the preheated oven and bake for 40⁠–⁠45 minutes at 175⁠–⁠180 °C.

    Cut the baked cake into squares and serve.
