Ingredients
- 20 g dark chocolate (min. 80% cocoa)
- A few leaves of fresh mint
- 100 g fine oat flakes
- 1 tbsp honey
- 150 ml low-fat almond milk
- 50 ml water
Instructions
- 1First, prepare 3 canning jars (approx. 250ml) into which you will then divide the oats.
- 2Finely chop the chocolate and mint into a large bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix. Divide the resulting mixture into the prepared jars and let it set in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 6 hours).
- 3Serve after the time has elapsed.
- 4Instead of mixing it into the mixture, you can also melt the chocolate, pour it over the oats, and let it set in the refrigerator.
