Ingredients

  • 20 g dark chocolate (min. 80% cocoa)
  • A few leaves of fresh mint
  • 100 g fine oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 150 ml low-fat almond milk
  • 50 ml water

Instructions

    First, prepare 3 canning jars (approx. 250ml) into which you will then divide the oats.

    Finely chop the chocolate and mint into a large bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix. Divide the resulting mixture into the prepared jars and let it set in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 6 hours).

    Serve after the time has elapsed.

    Instead of mixing it into the mixture, you can also melt the chocolate, pour it over the oats, and let it set in the refrigerator.
