  • 100 g banana (peeled)
  • 400 ml cow's skimmed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 130 g pre-cooked natural jasmine rice

INSTRUCTIONS

    First, mash the peeled banana in a small pot.

    Then add 400 ml of skimmed milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and pre-cooked rice to the pot. Cook everything over medium heat for about 12 minutes (or until the porridge thickens).

    Then remove the pot from the heat, stir in 1 egg yolk into the porridge, and serve the porridge while still warm.
