INGREDIENTS

  • 1 small head of pointed red cabbage, approx. 600 - 700 g
  • 1 apple
  • 40 g horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of ground pepper
  • Handful of walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS

    Shred or finely chop the cabbage. Peel the apple and cut it into small matchsticks. Peel the horseradish and grate it on a fine grater.

    Place everything into a bowl and season with wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Add the chopped nuts. Mix well and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
