INGREDIENTS
- 1 small head of pointed red cabbage, approx. 600 - 700 g
- 1 apple
- 40 g of horseradish
- 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- A pinch of ground pepper
- A handful of walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Shred or finely chop the cabbage. Peel the apple and cut it into small sticks. Peel the horseradish and grate it on a fine grater.
- 2Place everything in a bowl and season with white wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Add chopped walnuts. Mix and let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
