- 100 g Lotus Biscoff cookies
- 150 g yogurt or skyr

Take a tub of white yogurt. If the tub is full to the brim, remove 1–2 tablespoons of yogurt so that it does not overflow when inserting the cookies.

Insert as many Lotus Biscoff cookies vertically into the yogurt as possible. Leave only minimal space between the cookies. The more cookies you add, the more pronounced the caramel flavor will be and the dessert will have a denser texture.

Close the tub with a lid (or cover with foil) and let it rest in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours. The next day you can serve it as a quick breakfast or dessert.
