Dough

  • 300 ml lukewarm water

  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

Decorating

  • 200 ml tomato passata
  • 150 g mozzarella (for grating)
  • 2 pcs pitted black olives
  • 50 g canned corn
  • 1 slice red bell pepper

    Sift the flour into a bowl. Mix it with dry yeast and salt. Add sugar and lukewarm water. Pour in olive oil.

    Knead into a smooth and elastic dough. Let it rise for an hour in a warm place.
