INGREDIENTS
- 4 ripe bananas
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 230 g brown cane sugar
- 110 g butter and butter for greasing the pan
- 90 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- seeds from 1 vanilla pod
- coarse flour for dusting the pan
- pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- 2In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Mash the bananas with a fork.
- 3In a stand mixer, beat butter with sugar for 2 minutes until creamy. Gradually add eggs while continuously beating for another 2 minutes. Then pour in milk, add bananas, seeds from the vanilla pod, and mix for 1 more minute. Gradually add the prepared flour mixture and mix until a smooth batter forms.
- 4Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured pan and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn out the baked bread from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack.
Tip
For preparation, you will need a loaf pan measuring 25×10×7cm (l×w×h).
