- 40 g flat-leaf parsley (1 bunch)
- 30 g walnuts
- 90 ml olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 30 g grated parmesan
- Salt

Pluck the parsley leaves and blend them together with the walnuts, garlic, and parmesan to the finest possible consistency. Finally, add the olive oil and lemon juice. Blend again and season with salt.
Chef's tip
The pesto is excellent on sourdough bread, or we can use it on salmon. Layer a spoonful of pesto on a portion of salmon and bake in the oven at 200°C for 12 minutes.
