INGREDIENTS
- 60 g all-purpose flour
- 45 g oat flakes
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 and a half teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 180 ml Alpro oat drink
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil + oil for frying
- 1 egg

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Put all the ingredients into a blender and create a smooth batter.
- 2Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat.
- 3Gradually spoon the batter onto the pan (about a quarter cup per pancake) and cook the pancakes.
- 4The finished pancakes should be golden brown on both sides. Serve with warm fruit compote or a dollop of plant-based cream.
