INGREDIENTS

  • 60 g all-purpose flour
  • 45 g oat flakes
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 and a half teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 180 ml Alpro oat drink
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil + oil for frying
  • 1 egg

INSTRUCTIONS

    Put all the ingredients into a blender and create a smooth batter.

    Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat.

    Gradually spoon the batter onto the pan (about a quarter cup per pancake) and cook the pancakes.

    The finished pancakes should be golden brown on both sides. Serve with warm fruit compote or a dollop of plant-based cream.
