change of delivery time

When we asked our customers what improvements they would most welcome, the most common response was changing the delivery time of the order. Although this was possible before, simplifying this process was a clear choice! Sometimes it just happens that we need to take care of something unexpectedly and the planned arrival of the courier doesn't quite fit. Well, man proposes, life disposes. But that's why we're here for you. So from now on, you can make this change easily online, through your customer account.

How to change delivery time

  •  

  • - Click on the icon in the top right corner of the page 

  • - Enter the My Account section

  • - In the customer profile, select Current Purchase

  • - Click the Edit Order button 

  • - Select Change Delivery Time

  • - Check the new, suitable time

  • - And it's DONE ☺

What are the options

 

Although we would like to accommodate you 100%, the online system requires certain measures and exceptions, which we have summarized below. If it is no longer possible to change your order, remember that you can still contact our colleagues on the customer line, who always strive to resolve everything to your full satisfaction.

 

  • - Unfortunately, the delivery time cannot be changed if we have already started preparing your purchase, or it is on its way to you

  • - You can only choose from delivery times on the same day (i.e., an order for Monday between 9–10 can be changed to any Monday time, but not to Sunday or Tuesday)

  • - It is not possible to choose delivery windows that are in a more expensive category than the original

  • - The new delivery time cannot be changed to express delivery
