- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 clove of garlic
- 60 ml olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground fresh oregano

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Add chopped bell pepper, onion, tomato, and garlic to a large bowl.
- 2In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil and vinegar. Pour into the first bowl and mix.
