Tortiglioni are a type of pasta similar to rigatoni, but larger and with deeper grooves that spiral around the pasta. Their name is derived from the Latin word torquere, which means “to twist”.

Use
Add the pasta to boiling salted water and cook for the time indicated, stirring occasionally. Drain the cooked pasta and serve immediately.
