About Manufacturer
The story of Lee Kum Kee begins with its premium and best-selling oyster sauce. In 1888, restaurateur Mr. Lee Kum Sheung from southern China cooked a pot of oyster soup and forgot about it until the soup reduced down into a thick sauce. He tasted it and discovered an irresistible new flavour. From then on, he began selling it as “Oyster Sauce”.
