About Manufacturer

The story of Lee Kum Kee begins with its premium, best-selling oyster sauce.  In 1888, restaurateur Mr Lee Kum Sheung from southern China was cooking a pot of oyster soup and forgot about it until it reduced into a thick sauce.  He tasted it and discovered an irresistible new flavour. Since then, he began selling it as “Oyster Sauce”. Lee Kum Kee now manufactures and distributes its authentic Chinese sauces and famous seasonings in more than 100 countries and regions worldwide.
