HERMELÍN
- 4 Hermelín cheeses
FILLING
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 inches ginger, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- Teaspoon of cumin
- Teaspoon of turmeric
- Pinch of chili
- Teaspoon of garam masala
MARINADE
- Pepper
- Bay leaf
- Coarsely ground salt
- Red onion, sliced
- Chili peppers
- Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Mix the ingredients for the filling and sauté them in a pan.
- 2Halve the Hermelín cheeses and fill them with the mixture.
- 3Prepare the marinade by mixing all ingredients together.
- 4Place the filled, already joined Hermelín cheeses into the marinade and let them rest.
Tip
You can also use Sichuan pepper (Tibetan yerma) in the marinade.
