INGREDIENTS
- 200 ml soy cream
- 500 g white yogurt (3.5% fat)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Take a larger bowl. Place a sieve in it that fits just right and leaves a gap for the yogurt to drain.
- 2Line the sieve with a clean cloth and fill it with yogurt mixed with cream.
- 3Leave at room temperature until the next day. Excess water will drain into the sieve, leaving us with pure Lucina.
- 4The Lucina yields approximately 450 g - information important for other recipes.
