- 80 g boneless sardines in brine
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- 100 g low-fat curd
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- 1 clove of garlic (pressed)
- Salt
- Pepper

Drain the sardines, place them in a bowl and mash with a fork. Then add the finely chopped shallot, low-fat curd, lime juice, Dijon mustard, dried thyme, pressed garlic clove, a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix everything together.

Store the finished spread in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
Chef's tip
You can also add chili flakes to the spread.
