INGREDIENTS
- 6 bags of rosehip tea
- 700 ml of water
- 300 ml 100% orange juice
- 1 medium apple (270 g)
- 1 medium orange (150 g)
- 30 ml of lemon juice
- 1 lemon
- 30 g of honey
YOU WILL ALSO NEED
- Whole cinnamon
- Ginger
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, bring 700 ml of water to a boil for tea in a larger pot. Once the water reaches boiling point, turn off the heat, place 6 rosehip tea bags into the pot, cover the pot with a lid, and let the tea bags steep for 10 minutes.
- 2Meanwhile, prepare the orange and lemon juice, wash the apple and cut it into cubes, peel the orange and slice it, and slice the lemon.
- 3After steeping, remove the tea bags from the pot and add 30 g of honey to the pot with the warm tea. Then pour in the prepared orange and lemon juice and add the sliced fruit.
- 4You can serve the punch prepared this way immediately.
Tip
When pouring hot water over the tea bags,
add cinnamon (preferably whole) and peeled
fresh ginger to the pot.
