INGREDIENTS

  • 350 g onion
  • 20 g lard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 80 g Eidam cheese
  • 100 g bacon

INSTRUCTIONS

    Peel the onion, slice it, and sauté it in lard. Add the chopped bacon, which we lightly fry in a pan. Transfer the mixture to a pot and pour in the broth. Cook for 20 minutes.

    Season the soup with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and stir in the grated cheese.
