INGREDIENTS
- 400 g zucchini
- 25 g tahini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (10 ml)
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
YOU WILL ALSO NEED
- Parchment paper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut the zucchini into slices approximately 1 cm thick. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 2Place in a preheated oven and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
- 3Place the cooked zucchini, tahini, olive oil, garlic, and salt into a tall container. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth and serve.
