In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg yolk, lemon juice, crushed garlic, nutmeg, salt, pepper, and stir everything together.

Pound the turkey meat and brush one side with oil. Then add the ricotta mixture. On top of the spread mixture, add chopped sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, and basil. Roll up the meat, brush with oil, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.
