  • 1 teaspoon rapeseed oil
  • 50 g onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 g chicken breasts
  • 80 ml cooking cream 12%
  • 30 g spinach

    First, prepare the gnocchi dough. Boil potatoes in their skins in salted water until tender, then peel them after cooling. Grate the potatoes finely and place them in a large bowl. Add both flours, salt, egg, and form a compact dough.

    Divide the dough into smaller portions and roll out a log, which you then cut into centimeter-sized pieces, forming them into balls. You can create a ridged pattern with a fork. Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water and drain them once they float to the surface.

    Then, prepare the sauce. Sauté finely chopped onion and garlic in heated oil, then add diced chicken meat and season everything with salt and pepper.

    Once the meat is seared, add chopped spinach. When the spinach softens, add cream and cook for a short while. Add the cooked gnocchi to the finished sauce in the pan and mix thoroughly.
