  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 shallot
  • 300 g ricotta
  • 1 handful fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Drain the water from the chickpeas. Grate the shallot and feta cheese finely and add both to the chickpeas.

    Roughly chop the parsley and mix it into the chickpeas along with the ricotta, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper.

    For a proper blending of flavors, you can put the salad in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
