- 5 tablespoons sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Vanilla sugar
- 250 g Freee Doves Farm Self-raising white gluten-free flour blend
- A little milk for brushing
- Poppy seeds for sprinkling
- Oil for greasing the baking sheet

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Whisk together eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt with the quark.
- 2Add flour.
- 3Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with oil.
- 4With wet hands, form balls from the dough, place them on the baking sheet, and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- 5Bake for 12 minutes at 190°C.
- 6Now brush the poppy seed buns with milk and bake for another 5 minutes.
