INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 100 g rice cream
  • 10 g wild garlic
  • 18 g butter
  • 50 ml white wine
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 40 g Gran Moravia cheese
  • 4 radishes
  • 4 slices of sourdough bread

INSTRUCTIONS

    Thoroughly wash the mushrooms, trim the ends of the stems, and slice them.

    Wash the wild garlic and chop it finely.

    Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the mushroom slices in it.

    Now pour the wine into the pan and let it evaporate.

    Then add the rice cream, stir in the wild garlic, and season with salt and pepper.

    Finally, add finely grated cheese to the mixture.

    Toast the slices of bread either dry in a pan or with a small amount of fat.

    Serve the mushroom mixture on the toasted bread. Garnish with chopped wild garlic and radish slices.
