- 300 ml soy milk
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons flour
INGREDIENTS FOR COATING
- 300 g oyster mushrooms
- 140 g flour
- 2 teaspoons red paprika
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 3/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons white pepper
- 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt

Buttermilk - mix soy milk, vinegar, and salt and let it rest for 10 minutes, then add flour and stir. Place the oyster mushrooms into the buttermilk and let them marinate for an hour.

Prepare the coating mixture, mix flour and spices. Then coat the marinated oyster mushrooms in this mixture and fry until golden.
