INGREDIENTS

  • 700 g watermelon flesh
  • 350 g cantaloupe melon flesh
  • 120 g cucumber
  • 200 g feta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • A handful of fresh mint

INSTRUCTIONS

    Cut both types of melon into cubes, peel the cucumber, halve it, remove the central part with seeds, and slice it. Put everything into a large bowl.

    Cut the feta into cubes as well and add it to the melon and cucumber.

    Add oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and finely chopped mint. Mix well. Serve chilled.
