  • Hollandaise sauce

  • Olive oil
  • Smoked salmon

    In the first step of this recipe, cut the savory muffins in half, drizzle with a thin layer of olive oil, and toast them on both sides.

    Place slices of smoked salmon on the toasted muffins.

    For the poached egg, bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Once the water is boiling, stir with a spoon to create a vortex, into which you crack the whole egg. Let it cook over low heat for 2 minutes.

    Then, place the poached egg on top of the smoked salmon and drizzle with Hollandaise sauce.

    Finally, garnish with chopped chives and capers.
