  • 350 g pork tenderloin
  • 3 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Char Siu sauce

Marinate the pork tenderloin in a mixture of oyster sauce and 3 tablespoons of Lee Kum Kee Char Siu sauce for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.

Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Bake the marinated meat for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, turn the meat over and bake for another 20 minutes.

Brush the meat with a tablespoon of Char Siu sauce, turn off the oven, and let it rest in the oven for a few minutes before slicing.

Chef's tip

Place the sliced meat into noodle soup (made from chicken broth) and sprinkle with some spring onions. This will create the well-known Char Siu noodle soup.
