INGREDIENTS
- 200 g durum wheat spaghetti
- 15 mussels
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- Zest from 1 organic lemon
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1In a deep pan, start sautéing the whole washed and cleaned mussels in olive oil with a whole clove of garlic.
- 2Add the quartered cherry tomatoes. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water al dente, or rather, about 1 minute before they are fully cooked, add the spaghetti to the pan with the mussels.
- 3Pour in a little of the cooking water and let it simmer together for about another minute to combine the flavors. Finally, lightly sprinkle everything with grated organic lemon zest.
